- 4 cups broccoli cut into bite size pieces
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup bacon bits optional
- 1/4 cup red onion
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/8 cup sunflower seeds
Whisk together cider vinegar, sugar, mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste in a medium bowl. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine broccoli, onion, cranberries, sunflower seeds, and bacon bits. Pour the prepared dressing over and mix well.
Refrigerate for an hour before serving.
